He's dope no doubt but just because he gets less credit doesn't make him better. It can be debatable though. Me, it's Em > Black...

As much as Godbody won't admit it, he's racist towards white people. No way that dude's better than Eminem lmao. Show me his consistent lyricism. Eminem has been the best in the biz since he's came out. He doesn't need to have a phone company buy a million albums like Jay Z to succeed. case closed.

Ems over rated and sickeningly unjustifiably blindly defended by stans.
Case re-opened.

Lol Obey rap is rhythm and poetry not rhythm and rhyming you aloof wigger
Infinite is a perfect example of rhyming ability and that's all Eminem really has to offer. Yes he can be poetic but that's not what he does. Again, rap is rhythm and poetry. Listen to the words of the song, not the amount of rhymes.
That's why I can't fuck with you nerdy ass kids these days. Your misunderstanding of the genre is ruining the genre. Its not about mad flips and rhyme schemes bruh
Its the subject matter. Eminem has never made a song in his life that's fuckin with Guns Are Drawn by The Roots. Hop off Ems penis
The 2nd verse >>>>>>>>>>
And some might say that it's a waste of time
Cause ain't no amount of dancing finna break the bondage
We go to war and transcend space and time
When every record ain't a record just to shake behinds
You know the stakes is high we in the face of drama
That's why we can't shake it or escape the problem
Its like a game of roulette the barrel revolving
They only wanna see us occupying a coffin
Mothers crying too often from they lost child leaving
From trying to get over, get under, get even
Get inside get in, getting dumped, getting greedy
We got to get it right
It ain't about to be easy
^ Eminem has never had a verse that powerful. Case closed. & I can pull up a good 10 other songs like this if you wanna debate this all day.

I downloaded The Roots discography the other day and I've heard enough from Black Thought to say he's consistently nicer than Eminem
Keep in mind I have every Eminem album dating back to 1995 and a 2 CD joint with like 40 of his freestyles called "The Freestyle Show"
I only pick on Eminem for the inexcusable amount of dickridery y'all display. Calling someone that's partially white racist towards whites is foolish @ Obey . Take my cizzock out ya mizzouth

Like Rain said. Rhythm and Poetry. Can't argue with facts Jason
If you consider having 'mad schemes bro' rap then clearly youre misunderstanding the genre. And I'm 99% sure the genre was created to uplift the spirits of the peoples which is done through two things. Rhythm..and poetry. What a coincidence. Or do you think the founding fathers of rap had note books open rhyming about nonsensical shit like
Stimulator, insinuator, imitator disentegrater. Lmao fuck outta here with that corny ass wiggerdom vocabulary flexing bullshit I can't stand people that value rhyming over subject matter. But since people seem to think I have it out for white people
What if I said Eminem will never be 1/2 the artist Wax is. And anybody that's listened to enough of Wax (I have 3 albums and a mix tape from dude) will agree

I do agree that a lot of people who jock Em as the greatest thing since sliced bread seem to put an over-emphasis on poly-syllabic rhyming. There are more components to rap than that. When all your syllables are perfectly counted and line up with the beat perfectly, sometimes it just makes you sound mechanical and predictable. That's why sometimes freestyles sound better than writtens cause its got that missing element...I don't know how to explain it. There are lot of people in the Rap game who know how to write technical rhymes, and you can see it displayed at times in their work, but they choose not to go that route ALL THE TIME. But everyone sees things differently and have their own preference so its hard to argue.
