i suffered long, waited for crowds hollering in throngs coming from forest hills
they underestimate, have the time to debate my fate with twenty dollar bills
trust me on this when i say i rap just to create my own reputation
try to rap without hesitation, creating sensations, i do it all without the patience
and i dont understand how people crack at me, talking about mediocrity
i broke theories, like Wu-Tang, i blew up socrates' philosophies dropping these
i blow up people atomically, but the boys wanna take a cork and bottle me
i dont necessarily rap constantly but honestly i cant rap about prostitution
i dont need to talk about rides and dough when i should be about the constitution
first i have to deal with the stereotypes, live up the race hype, all types of factions
the next thing i got to deal with is what bush had in mind with affirmative action
so remember this when i say i try to spit a few lines just without the hesitation
i need to show i can surpass what they call levels or the given expectations
i get challengers who go hard on me, trying to leave hits so heinously
but blatantly, i let them know what they're doing is trying to hit me aimlessly
i crack addicts simultaneously but with caution, i execute them painlessly
don't want to expose cats in public, so i have to kill them shamelessly
people rap about killing cats, pumping gats, trying to use played out facts
that's not my style, that's crap, the fact is i don't use those tracks to attack |
