Uh, I like heavy metal, first of all. Not necessarily the mastadon style screamfests, but a lot more the alt/progressive side of it, although I certainly have no problem with thrash or whatnot.

Uh, I also like alt-rock/indie rock, like iono, sonic youth, the national, ect ect. Not like I don't' branch out into other rock genre's, I'm a big fan of bands like like Reagan Youth and early Bad Brains.

I would say Dream Theater is my favorite current band, maybe overall.

Classical is just okay to me, I hate pop music.
