Championship History:
Phil Banks Vs SWAVY
This was the final of the tournament created to crown the first champion. SWAVY was the inform favorite going into the final but the still relatively new Phil Banks pulled off a massive victory to be crowned the first LBA Heavyweight Champion. 91% - 9% (5/31/12)
Haz Vs Phil Banks (C)
Haz was granted number one contender status due to a forum poll. The battle clocked up 43 votes and the champion earned a resounding and deserved victory. 17% - 83% (7/18/12)
Danger Rich Vs Phil Banks (C)
Danger Rich came into this with great momentum, but Phil's incredible run continued. By no means a massacre because BOTH dropped verses that would destroy 99% of verses seen on the site this year, but Phil's fresher concepts earned him another incredible victory. 11% - 89% (7/26/12)
RULE Vs Phil Banks (C)
This title match was added to the Illmania III tie-breaker event as an impromptu championship battle, and although surrounded by some controversy, the battle was an instant two-minute classic that saw RULE upset the long-reigning champion. 52% - 48% (8/21/12)
YOU WISH Vs RULE (C)
The old rivals clashed for the fifth time in this title encounter, with YOU WISH coming out victorious in only his second non-tournament format audio battle. 70% - 30% (10/8/12)
Stotty Pimpin Vs YOU WISH (C)
Audio veteran stepped up to the plate to challenge YOU WISH who still has only been defeated once in an audio format battle. The battle pulled in 40 votes, with YOU WISH's writing ability helping him pick up the victory. 14% - 86% (12/6/12)
GRizzEAT Vs YOU WISH (C)
Heavyweight textcee GRizzEAT rose through the audio ranks to face YOU WISH, who unfortunately was forced to forfeit due to illness. This battle did actually take place shortly after the forfeit occured and while it was not considered an official title match, its is worth noting that GRizzEAT was able to score a victory over the former champion via a small percentage margin.
stricc Vs GRizzEAT (C)
The LBA title went undefended for a long time, and it was decided that the winner of the Audio Grand Championship would have a shot at the LBA Title. Stricc was the winner and faced Grizzy and won a very lop-sided battle to pick up his third major championship. 93% - 7% (5/1/13)
FiNAL WoRD Vs stricc (C)
stricc's fellow crew member FiNAL WoRD was his opponent for his first defense, and the battle was fairly close, although the voting public was firmly in the corner of the champion. 81% - 19% (9/15/13)
OSKAR Vs stricc (C)
A glitch in the battling system led to this battle being contested in a different form than most, with the verses being uploaded as tracks and the actual battle being voted on in the text arena. The resulting contest was a landslide for the champion, scoring a rare 100% victory in a championship match. 100% - 0% (9/29/13)
Jason Vs stricc (C)
This was an extremely close battle which amassed 40+ votes. Both of these emcees went at each other with skills beyond the average audio battles. After the dust was settled Jason was crowned the victor. 57% - 43% (1/27/14)
FiNAL WoRD Vs Jason (C)
Another highly rated battle between two greats saw Jason defend his title against a previous champion in FiNAL WoRD. This became Jason's last battle on the site although his legacy was cemented in the Hall of Fame. 33% - 67% (3/31/14)
GRizzEAT Vs Erupt
Jason vacated the title which led to former champion GRizzEAT facing Erupt to see who would become the new LBA Champion. A great battle ensued in which Erupt was able to get the better of Murda Muzik's leader. 35% - 65% (10/8/14)
FiNAL WoRD Vs Erupt (C)
After a controversial ban which led to FiNAL's absence from the site he came back with a vengeance to regain the title. This led to a battle filled with personals between the Legion of Doom crew mates. FiNAL was able to achieve his goal and regain the title in a close fought battle. 58% - 42% (11/25/14)
Stricc Vs FiNAL WoRD (C)
In what would of been their second meeting in this competition unfortunately Stricc no-showed his title shot. Lengthening FiNAL's time as LBA Champion. (12/30/14)
M-Rock Vs FiNAL WoRD (C)
A second poor showing in the competition as this time the champion no-showed. M-Rock claimed the title in his first championship battle via a no-show. (2/4/15)
Subreal Vs M-Rock (C)
Subreal's first title bout ended in a victory for the champion M-Rock. It was a close battle but Rock's barrage of punches and smooth delivery led to a fairly decisive victory on the card. 32% - 68% (3/3/15)
FiNAL WoRD Vs M-Rock (C)
After a lot of shit talking and posturing in the forums FiNAL WoRD no-showed the title match, and no-showed again when given an extension. This caused controversy at the time as FiNAL had jumped over Moni who had won a number one contender's match the month before. (3/22/15)
Doc T Vs M-Rock (C)
Doc T no showed in his first title shot. This continued M-Rock's reign as people continued to duck the champion. (8/27/15)
oSo Slick Vs M-Rock (C)
Despite having previously beaten oSo Slick earlier in the year M-Rock did not show up and lost his title as a result. This gave us a new LBA Champion. (9/29/15)
Bleu Vs Stachio(Freak)
After the controversy of finding out oSo Slick bit on most of his battles there was a new battle to determine the new champion. We saw Bleu lose to Freak in a very close match. 43% - 57% (12/25/15)
YC Vs Stachio(FreeK) (C)
Due to inactivity it became necessary to have a new champion. Stachio(FreeK) was chosen to face YC who was a relative newcomer that was showing bags of potential in the battle arena and causing a stir. The battle was extremely close fought but YC got the upper hand and was crowned the champion shortly after joining the site. 52% - 48% (4/20/17)
Babylon Vs YC (C)
YC gained his first title defense via no show victory over recent tournament semi-finalist Babylon. (5/19/17)
Bleu Vs YC (C)

OSKAR Vs YC (C)
Bleu vacated his title due to retirement leaving OSKAR to face off against former champion YC. YC was eager to regain his title after losing it due to him not being able to post in the previous month. In a battle that garnered a lot of attention YC proved victorious winning the battle largely due to his more polished delivery. With this victory YC became the first person to hold the title twice. 23% - 77% (8/16/17)
Moni Vs YC (C)
Moni didn't make YC's return to title defenses an easy one pushed close to the edge YC fought out a close victory to retain the title. 44% - 56% (9/25/17)
PaiNN Vs YC (C)
In a battle that pitted bars versus delivery YC reigned supreme his smooth delivery and experience behind the mic securing a comfortable victory. 25% - 75% (10/30/17)
Babylon Vs YC (C)
YC gained a second no-show victory over Babylon in this hugely controversial match-up. It was initially granted as a no show victory to Babylon until YC revealed that Babylon had posted his verse after the deadline and thus was DQ'd. YC continues his steak of victories. (11/25/17)
YC Vs Rai (C)
In a major upset YC no-showed to vacate the title once again, this time to the up and comer Rai. (12/23/17)
Nicholas Vs Seul (C)
In a controversial move, only 8 days after Rai won the title, Nicholas chose to restart the LBA for the new year and placed himself in the title match but ultimately no-showed to Seul, who won the title in his 2nd contention for the title. (12/31/17)
Rai Vs Seul (C)
Seul accepted this battle for the championship shortly after his no-show win and showed the site exactly why he was the LBA champ by beating Rai highhandedly. 17% - 83% (1/6/18)
Jimmy Hoffa (C) Vs Seul
Another upset, this month saw Jimmy Hoffa take the title from Seul due to a no-show. Shortly after Jimmy also won the LBT title marking the first time someone has held both titles at the same time. (3/31/18)
Mech Vs Lockhart (C)
A battle which almost didn't happen, on more than one occasion. Firstly Mech had technical difficulties recording his verse, then once the verse reached Lockhart he also had recording difficulties, then the battle was cancelled, then back on again, LOL! But once the battle was dropped both these guys really spat some fire, the battle attracted a lot of votes and overall Lockhart won by a very slim margin and retained his title. 44% - 56% (6/6/18)
Bape Vs Lockhart (C)
This battle took place on the June's World War 3 PPV card, this month we saw Bape, a relative new comer step up but was overpowered by Lock's vast experience in this, he took the win highhandedly. 20% - 80% (6/27/18)
Seul Vs Lockhart (C)
This battle was supposed to take place on July's Rap Battle Marathon PPV card but Lockhart deleted his account before it was to take place, thus forfeiting the title to Seul. (7/11/18)
Mech Vs Seul (C)
This battle took place on August's Summer Slugfest PPV card with Mech stepping back into the LBA arena but Seul showed us he deserved the title his first defense of the title since winning the title back. 29%-71% (9/1/2018)
SPACE_DABREE Vs Seul (C)
This battle took place on September's Slaughterhouse PPV card with newcomer to the LBA, SPACE_DABREE, who also battle Rai for the LBT title, stepping up to Seul but Seul replied back with pure fire extending his streak to 2-0. 16%-84% (9/28/18)

Student Vs Seul (C)
This was supposed to take place on November's PPV card: No Mercy In November but unfortunately we saw longtime LB user Student lose his first time shot at the title by no-showing, giving Seul a 4-0 streak (6-2 overall record). Only 3 defenses away from LBA King. (11/29/18)
Mech Vs Seul (C)
Another no-show this month on December's PPV card: December's Demolition we saw Mech unfortunately no-show his 3rd shot at the title upping Seul's streak to 5-0 (7-2 overall record). Now 2 defenses away from the prestigious LBA King title. (12/18/18)
JR3DDY Vs Seul (C)
The no-shows continued on January's PPV card: New Year Knockout! this month we saw JR3DDY take his first shot at the title but didn't make the deadline in time. Seul is now 6-0 (8-2 overall) and only 1 defense away from obtaining the LBA King title. (1/29/19)
g u t s Vs Seul (C)

With Seul vacating the title the LBA was restarted on this month's PPV card: Night Of The Champions to find a new champion. (3/23/19)
Student Vs YC (C)

The legendary Audio Grand Champion entered the LBA for the first time and was granted a title match against YC. Unfortunately YC was unable to post so AllBoro picked up the title via No Show. (5/27/19)
Shodan Vs ALL-BORO (C)
AllBoro's first defence was against the ever dangerous Shodan. Shodan brought his sharp pen game to test the veteran but AllBoro was too much in a one sided battle that saw Boro win via 100%. 0% - 100% (6/29/19)
Skitt Blazin Vs ALL-BORO (C)
Boros next defence was a clash of two of the golden eras Grand Championship winners. Skitt returned after a lengthy lay off to give Boro a tough challenge. However Boro yet out over-powered his opponent in all areas to complete a strong victory. 14% - 86% (7/6/19)

After defeating 2FUEL in a call out defence, RULE asked the LBA moderator Rai if he could attempt something never tried before - To take the LBA title into a tournament and defend it in every battle. The idea was given the green light by Rai so straight after the defence against Fuel, RULE defended again against long time Letsbeef Heavyweight Rican.
