Row... Can You Explain This?

So I found something interesting, & I showed it to another mod and he felt it was fishy as fuck, also.

I noticed an account called Silver Dollar Sam start appearing around the GC start date, I actually kinda noticed a few multis/weird accounts popping up. So I thought it'd be a good idea to keep an eye on them. Then I noticed, this dude Silver Dollar Sam voted for Row vs @Edgeworth, and I checked his voting history:

His votes cut off from the rest of the image, are from 2014. So in the past 5 years, he's only voted for Row.

If you take a closer look at what battle's he votes on, he seems to only vote on the "big" battles... he's voted on Row vs:

Edgeworth (GC)
Lockhart (Winter Text Tourney)
Rai (LBT Call Out Match)
Nicholas
MaCc

^(In that order).

Essentially, why has @Silver Dollar Sam only dropped 5 votes in the last 5 years, and they all happen to be for @Row?

Something is weird with it for sure. No denying that something is occurring.

But one thing I want to add is that I'm very confident that the comments that have been posted on the forums and in battles between both Silver Dollar Sam and Row are definitely from different people. There are really clear tendencies from both that have existed for almost 5 years now and they remain consistent and separate today.

This is clearly evidence of cheating imo. Whether it’s Row voting for himself or he’s having an acquaintance log on and vote for him, it’s the same shit and obviously cheating. You just can’t explain that voting behaviour.
