Now.. If you feel someone used an alternate name to vote for theirself..how could you find that out.. ? And what would happen ?

They do IP Scans to see if the IPs of both accounts match, and if they do, then that person gets banned.

As a member, the best way for you to find out is to tell a mod because they have access to tools like IP scanning to see if two people are using the same web connection to log in. They have access to other things beside IP but I'd rather not say. If they are found to be the same person, they get an infraction and if the person accumulates enough infraction points, they get banned based on their accumulated infraction points. The battle where the person self-voted is usually assigned an auto-win for the opponent and the self-voter and their multi-accounts usually get their vp (voting power) lowered.
