If you have any ideas on any good topics for the Cypher Champion, drop ur ideas in this thread. I’ll start:

Money
Cars
Relationships/marriage
School (extracurricular activities or subjects)
Sports (could be a specific sport that u played)
Music (preferably hip-hop)
Food u prefer
Serious injuries/injury
Cancer (or any other life-threatening illnesses)
Mental health awareness
Anxiety
Drug addiction
Fatherhood/motherhood
Violence (gang-related or some horrorcore ish)
Hobbies
The government/politics

Some of those are pretty vague (life in general). I would recommend tightening that up a bit.

whoever the host is should just drop the topic as opposed to contestants choosing. more structured that way

Agreed. (Though this way often leads to people being upset at what they're given).

Was my original point. If its a cypher tourney, surely it should be up to the individual to come up with w/e bars they want... like a cypher normally is.

Honestly, I thought this was what it was going to be. In my opinion it probably should be.

I agree with this.. there can still be punchlines and shit but that's not the main focus. Creativity and structure/being lyrical would take over.. do what you want and say what you want.. if it's better then it's better
