i think its unfair to assume that forum battlers would have any less strength in delivery or that they'd be more intimidated in front of a crowd.

ANY new person to performing in front of people would have nerves...i'd actually tend to believe someone with more confidence in what they wrote would perform better.

few people are just able to jump in front of people and rap, but i'd guess forum cats would be better prepared

so what is the alternative to rapping on a forum first?

just rapping for the first time ever...and doing so in public?

i think if one cat just starts rapping in public off the bat..the learning curve before they are comfortable is significantly steeper than someone at least familiar with how to write and structure shit..

thats common sense
