Where do you stand on cannabis decriminalization?

I'm all for getting blazed or whatever... the fact is, it's being made into a big song and dance.

Look at The Netherlands. Legal. No problems and the majority of dutch people don't smoke it.

The more you say someone cant have something or can't do something the more they will want it. In America which is, imo, one of the most governmentally corrupt countries, they will ensure that they profit off it in more ways than one.

Though, i'm not against it... i don't feel like going in for surgery only to have the doc coming back fro a balzing session, ya feel me?

Drugs will be consumed whether or not the government makes it legal. Making it illegal doesn't work as a deterrent, and it only creates problems in other areas. In certain parts of Canada, they have safe injection sites where people can consume opioids under the supervision of medical staff. They are provided clean needles. It has reduced overdose deaths as well as the transmission of diseases due to sharing of needles. Government recognizes the potential dangers of some drugs which is why they tend to prohibit it, but prohibiting hasn't worked and they should take new approaches like this along with legalization.

They have these here in Ohio, as well. And I agree with the notion entirely. I'm a firm proponent of the legalization of all recreational drug use, personally. But, understand that the structure of that legalization should be dependent upon the harmfulness of the drug. Regulation over prohibition is a smarter, and better suited approach.
