5x5 and 4x8 are the 2 sets i use in basicly everything.......They are what i find to be the perfect blend of bulk/cut also thats what I did when i played college ball and it worked
Training partner helps stay motivated, also supplentaion and no not roids altho im not against them
their are supplements that make you focus and they work
