Obviously I have watched the DKR because I already mentioned the producers of the up coming movie used a quote from it. And I know about Batman taking on the JL also. Superman has had round about 10 encounters with Batman and like 7 of those BM got his ass kicked. Also in the DKR, If I remember correctly Batman needed outside help from a Kryptonite arrow thingy. Batman had prep time and needed outside interference, the 1 time he got the better of SM. Then he still faked his death as a "you stay outta my way I'll stay out of your's" Superman coulda killed him right there and then since you know... He knew he was still alive...Because you can't fake being dead to superman.
