CEO Announcement: Proposed Post-Season League Structure *New*

Here is the framework I'm going for after the two UK Cards close. In prep for the Playoffs...


Each League Season will consist of 10 cards (and however many off-card battles it takes to get stats built)

Next Season will mirror this season as seen here:

At the end of the 10 cards, there will be a 16 battler Grand Prix/Playoff to crown the League Champion.

NOTE: For all seasons after the inaugural season. The playoffs will determine the number one contender spot. The number one contender will have the opportunity to battle the Grand Champion for their title. More below:

Division Winners will be entered into a 16 man League Playoff. Not only does Playoff qualification ensure GC Tournament Entry, it also give contenders the opportunity to battle their way to league champion. Since the League transcends text and audio I will request the title League Champion it has to be green since this is all forum based.

The League Champion retains the title for the duration of the following season and does NOT have to participate in cards (promo maybe) like beforehand. Call it a perk. However, when the number one contender is named they will HAVE to battle them or resign the title to them. Easy as pie.


Consider the Grand Champion title the equivalent to the World Champion title in WWE as opposed to the League Champion title which would be the Intercontinental equivalent. I may parlay for an orange title on this. The Playoffs could be easily bracketed and would build hype for the BIG tournament.
