Cant send mail to other members...

...was looking for a tag partner, trying to send mail by clicking the "message" icon within their profile and had gotten this error message:

"GodTheReptilian, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Also, I'm unable to "reply" to existing messages in my inbox...there is no "reply" icon at all...only a "delete message" icon.

I dont know if anyone else is having this glitch as well, as to the reason why I made this post.
