 i was eighteen when i first saw HELL'S GATES skinny figure and PALE FACE, now im 225 pushin 39 and my CELLMATES call me JAILBREAKi wish i had a normal story i could STAND BEHIND like "i killed a man who killed a FRIEND OF MINE" or even "i killed a man cuz i ain't wanna STAND IN LINE"but my original sentence was ten years for POSSESSION OF CRACKtha rent was due and they were rePOSSESSIN THA LAC'STRESSED TO THA MAX,baggin shit in SEPERATE SACKS got a text from my girl said she's PREGNANT IM TRAPPED another text askin for SEVENTEEN PACKSi hit tha lick, got ARRESTED AND SNATCHED,tha dude i sold to points me out and says i'm a DEFINITE MATCHi only got ten years,probly coud of got out in two with EXCELLENT BEHAVIORand probly would've tried if my girl had NEVER BEEN IN LABORor if my first CELLY WAS A STRANGER,but we grew up toGETHER WE WERE NEIGHBORShe said he had an escape plan so COLD AND LEGIT he was scared ta let me KNOW IT EXISTSswore we'd be HOME IN A JIFFshit!!!he got shot and i got split from ELBOW TA WRIST just gettin OVER THA FENCE so, NEEDLESS TO SAY, if i'd of got away i wouldnt BE HERE TODAY all i got was SEVENTY STITCHES and a twenty five year CONSECUTIVE SENTENCEthat  means i have to finish my ten before i can START MY TWENTY FIVEthat means a PART OF ME HAS DIED, a LABOTOMY INSIDEcuz by tha time i finally look my DAUGHTER IN HER EYESit'll be to late for SWALLOWIN MY PRIDE,or tryin ta make a PROMISE TO THA SKYfunny how my daughter due date was comin UP IN DECEMBERand all i could think about was that piece of shit PUBLIC DEFENDER and tha JUDGEMENT THEY RENDERED till it FUCKED WIT MY TEMPER to tha point where i felt they only dealt JUSTICE TO WINNERSsat in my cell concocted a plan from LUNCH UNTIL DINNERif nothin else you could say i WASNT A QUITTERif everything went ACCORDING TO PLANi'd be there ta hold my new BORN IN MY HANDSthis plan worked BETTER THAN THA LASTi made a body suit out of blankets so i wouldnt get SEVERED LIKE THA PASTtha first fence went smooth no SCRATCHIN OR SCRAPPINbut just as i cleared tha second fence tha razor tips SNAGGED IN MY BLANKETSripped my suit,dropped me to tha GRAVELY PAVEMENT,and damn near SHATTERED MY FACE IN
...when i woke up(don't you dare laugh) i was back in jail and facin ANOTHER TWENTY FIVEmy first thought... MY MOTHERS GONNA CRY second thought...SOMEONES GONNA DIEit was probably this hatrid LEFT WITHIN MEthat made me decide another public defender wouldn't REPRESENT ME tha judge said " son it's not smart to represent yourself,i'm SURE YOU'VE BEEN ADVISED?" i said "yes sir your honor, but i wanna look tha JURY IN IT'S EYESand let em seem tha barely contained rage and FURY IN DISGUISEand pray they know tha difference between PURITY AND LIES"
now personally i thought that speech was good enough for GETTIN ME A GRAMMYbut it turns out that twelve out of twelve jurors DIDN'T UNDERSTAND MEthat means i have to do my ten before i can finish my twenty five just to START MY TWENTY FIVE that means tha other PART OF ME HAS DIED,but HONESTLY IM FINE I just chill, sit in my CELL....WAIT for tha "move" that'll make me "king" and complete my name as JAILBREAK but since i lost my "queen" i'll be lucky to get STALE MATE

Im lost in side and I, i cant wait
Any longer… i attempt to conquer
They feed me bull shit when all I can think about
Is no one and nothing but getting out
And I cant help how I feel now….somber
I stay to myself but trouble always finds me
I have to break out of this trap but its not likely
Stuck….. in solitude no direction
Fuck… no longitude or lateral interjection
All I can see is a mad mans reflection
Heart pounding and sounding like a traffic intersection
A tragic recollection if I die there will be no resurrection
I gotta get out of here i have to break free
Cause if I don’t im not sure that higher power will take me
Things ive said, things ive done, things inside me I cant out run
I spin on an axis in a battle that I feel will never be won
Hell in a cell is how the creature allows me to live
Will I ever see home, my mom, my girl, or my kids
Will they still be there when I am free from this
Or am I completely alone in or out I cant keep thinking this
I cant think about that It will trap me infinitely
Years tacked on til infinity and imidiately I have to make my way out intricately
So I cant let that happen I must get away from this grotesque place
This hole I face
This old mold filled place
I have to start a steady pace and let the captor give chase
Theres a light…. I see it I gotta keep digging this tunnel
Im almost there I cant let my chance crumble
THEN…..
I open my eyes and see all my loved ones around me
Am I out, did I do it… they found me
But wait im going away then it all rushes back to me Like a movie feature
 I held me captive… I was that creature
that light was drawing me out to take one last look before I fell into its stoma
Then I realize where I was imprisoned….. in my mind….. and I died
In a coma
