America Vs Europe The Tourney (NBA STYLE)

Aight so...
People will sign up by posting either 'Team America' or 'Team Europe'...I will allow signups for a week. The best 8 from every team will be chosen by all people that have signed up. The 8 with the most votes from each team will be selected to represent America and Europe. The matchups will be like this:
The 8 Best Americans will Battle it out in a playoff style tourney
The 8 Best Europeans will Battle it out in a playoff style tourney
Most Votes Vs Least Votes, 2nd Most Votes Vs 7th Most Votes etc.
The 2 finalists will compete against each other to decide the Intercontinental Champion...The 8 members of the winning team will receive Intercontinental Team
